From fancy modern dance footwork and intensive ballet training, to the ability to deliver lines on stage with authenticity, kids ages 2-teens develop performing arts acumen at Victoria Bader Dance Studio. A center for learning all aspects of the performing arts and developing young dancers, the Studio offers three main curriculums for students: ballet, jazz and acting. Overall, students receive intensive ballet training to undertake a professional ballet career as well as gain a high level of jazz and acting training. In ballet, students learn the Royal Academy of Dance curriculum, which promotes a strong classical ballet foundation. The curriculum doubly gives students a thorough understanding of theatrical energy and musicality. The jazz program derives from a ballet base and is influenced by all modern dance styles, including Bob Fosse. In acting, students discover how to convey lines and develop a character, as opposed to merely reciting lines. In the jazz, ballet and acting programs, students work toward performing in a captivating show. With 30 years of teaching experience garnered from around the world, Victoria Bader teaches with confidence and grace, and continues to perform professionally. She has trained in classical ballet, jazz and modern dance, and studied acting at the The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute.
